Review of Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder from ENZO

Matcha Green Tea Powder.... Never heard of it before??? Neither had I! So, I researched a little.

What is Matcha?
Matcha is a finely ground powder of specially grown and harvested green tea. The tea plants are grown in shade. Then when harvested all stems and veins are removed from the leaves. This type of product is and was used in Japanese rituals and also is used to flavor foods and dye fabrics.

What are the benefits of Green Tea?
It contains many minerals and vitamins which promote health. It improves fat burning in the body, as well as, physical and mental performance. Studies, have shown it can reduce the chance of getting cancer. It can also kill bad bacteria in the body. It can also help you de-stress and relax with it's natural antioxidants.

What do you do with it?
Great question. First of all, you can make tea!!! Apparently, you can add it to just about anything.

Some facts about SUJA SMOOTHIES:

WHAT DOES COLD-PRESSURED ACTUALLY MEAN?

Cold Pressure, also known as High Pressure Processing, retains food quality, maintains natural freshness, and extends microbiological shelf life without heating to high temperatures (heat pasteurization results in loss of nutrients). After a Suja juice or smoothie is bottled, a high level of cold pressure is applied evenly to destroy pathogens and ensure it’s safe to drink while preserving vitamins, enzymes and nutrients.
Warning: This list contains a lot of irresistible flavors. But the good news is they all cost less than $4! They’re also USDA certified organic, Non-GMO Project verified, kosher certified, vegan, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free. Suja Juice even maintains a low carbon footprint by sourcing their produce locally whenever possible. Just some feel-good facts to think about when you’re sipping on Suja Essentials flavors like:
