Review of Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder from ENZO

Matcha Green Tea Powder.... Never heard of it before??? Neither had I! So, I researched a little.

What is Matcha?
Matcha is a finely ground powder of specially grown and harvested green tea. The tea plants are grown in shade. Then when harvested all stems and veins are removed from the leaves. This type of product is and was used in Japanese rituals and also is used to flavor foods and dye fabrics.

What are the benefits of Green Tea?
It contains many minerals and vitamins which promote health. It improves fat burning in the body, as well as, physical and mental performance. Studies, have shown it can reduce the chance of getting cancer. It can also kill bad bacteria in the body. It can also help you de-stress and relax with it's natural antioxidants.

What do you do with it?
Great question. First of all, you can make tea!!! Apparently, you can add it to just about anything.
